Detective vs. Sleuths

Lee Jun (Sean Lau), a former police chief inspector struggling with mental health issues, is called back to investigate a series of vigilante killings by a group known as the "Sleuths." Partnering with senior inspector Chan Yee (Charlene Choi), Lee Jun must confront his own hallucinations of past and future victims while tracking down the killers who claim to be delivering justice where the police have failed. As his fragile mental state threatens to compromise the investigation, Lee Jun must determine whether his haunting visions will ultimately help or hinder their pursuit of the dangerous vigilante group. This is a 2022 Chinese crime thriller directed by Wai Ka Fai.
