Die Sister, Die!

When a brother's shrewd, difficult sister falls ill, he hires a discredited ex-nurse to watch over her. His true intent is to convince the nurse to help him kill her, not only due to her tremendously unpleasant persona but because she is preventing him from inheriting the family fortune.
