The grisly dreams of 6-year-old Sou Yamabe (Tsubasa Kobayashi) come horrifyingly true when he awakens to find blood spewing from his neck. It's up to his teen sister Izumi (Asuka Shibuya) to track down a man from Sou's dreams and end this living nightmare. Also starring Tomorowo Taguchi and Momoko Shimizu, this Japanese horror is based on Kazuo Umezu's brutally violent manga Kami no Hidarite, Akuma no Migite.
