After a violent storm, Ali awakens on a deserted beach, sick and disoriented. He is taken to an apartment owned by a beautiful dancer from Havana, who takes in the mysterious stranger. Nightmares haunt Ali's sleep - but are they flash backs to his experiences in the Guantanamo prison or just dreams of a tortured soul?
