After losing on a bad investment and falling in debt with a loan shark, Peter Yang turns to gambling. With the help of a honest gambler, Bobby Chu, he starts to win big time. This infuriates Tommy Chao, who does everything in his power to cheat them. When his family is kidnapped Peter has no choice but to get involved in a plot to swindle a rich tycoon and must fight to protect the ones he loves.
