A psychotic college professor (John Saxon) presumed dead returns to the college he once taught at and uses the unwitting students as laboratory rats. By injecting them with the “Niietzche Drug” that he created, he mutates them into deformed killers with superhuman powers. Standing against him are three people: a psychic, a reporter and a woman who previously survived the professor’s wrath.
