He gets accepted into a circle of growers and outlaws, and they share their experience in weed cultivation. Even though weed is legal in the state, federally it remains a schedule I narcotic. Luka witnesses how the police are still an issue for these independent farmers. There is a big problem with a so-called grey area in the cannabis industry.
