Country singer Rachel Foster (Linda Haynes) is traveling alone through the United States and accidentally wrecks her car in the middle of nowhere. Looking for assistance, she stumbles upon an abandoned home that is the scene of a grisly multiple homicide and gets railroaded into a women’s correctional facility where the inmates inexplicably go missing without a trace.
