The police investigator 'Seondu' (Hansun Jo) was once stabbed in his lungs while hunting down a murderer but was miraculously brought back to life through an organ transplant. He returned to the front lines of investigation and was tracking down a serial killer 'Kyujong' (Jinwoon Jeong). In the process, he finds out through the donation coordinator 'Ahseung' (Noh Susanna) that 'Kyujong' got an organ transplant from the same donor as himself and that the donor was a murderer he arrested himself in the past... A hot-blooded investigator vs. an outraged murderer. The extreme chase between two men entangled in cruel fate begins!
