Alejandra, a frivolous divorced mother of two has to face the sudden disappearance of her brother Salvador. His mysterious disappearanceseems connected with Salvador's documentary and investigation on the ecological disasters at the hands of a Canadian mining corporation. To top it all off, her sisterin-law passes leaving Alejandra to care for her to fight for the truth and to protect her loved ones.
