In Old Amarillo

A severe drought threatens the cattle industry, prompting a canning factory owner to exploit the situation by buying cattle at low prices. He schemes to sabotage efforts to transport water by train and attempts to induce rain through cloud seeding. Roy is dispatched by a packing house to investigate these underhanded tactics.
