Neal Oliver is turning 23, an age where everyone should know what they want to do with their life - right? At his birthday party he makes a wish to 'get an answer to his life for the new century'. After making his wish and opening his presents Neal is hit on the head with a water bucket and falls unconscious. When he awakens in the hospital he begins a journey that will ultimately lead him to discover the answers to life's questions.
