Kings

Kings is an arresting all-star thriller starring Oscar® winner Halle Berry (Monster’s Ball, Swordfish) as Millie & Daniel Craig (James Bond, Logan Lucky) as Obie, both citizens of Los Angeles during the notorious 1992 riots. Millie, a tough and protective single foster mother of eight, must ally herself with Obie, her neighbour and local loose cannon, when racial tensions start to run dangerously high. As the civil unrest in Los Angeles grows following the acquittal of four police officers accused of beating LA native Rodney King, Millie and Obie must navigate the chaos that surrounds them in order to ensure that her family don’t get caught in the crossfire.
