After witnessing a severe accident, a compassionate young boy named Brian believes that the little town of Crabb, Texas needs a mayor. Brian thinks he is "the man" for the job. But, is he? It is really possible that an 11-year-old boy could be elected mayor of a town, and if he did, would Brian have what it took to do the job?
