Amateur pickpockets Oli (Reno Warmath) and Iago (Emmitt Butler) are forced to take in an overly ambitious newcomer Cass (Niah Andino). The shifting dynamics become an ample opportunity for master criminal Neil (Brian Bell) to manipulate the young group forcing them to take more than they can handle.
