This doc chronicles the life of Julian Leyzaola Perez, a former police chief who made it his life's duty to take down powerful drug cartels in Tijuana and Juarez, Mexico. Perez survived eight assassination attempts, the eighth of which opens this doc. However, Perez's tactics drew controversy and dark allegations in a world of violence.
