Militant Eagle

During the wars between the Sui and Tang Dynasties, a beggar was enlisted as a low-rank soldier under the command of general Liu Hung-chi of the Tang. When he was recommended to be a public servant, he refused. The Governor of Yu province was corrupt and obstructed new laws, so when the soldier returns home, he joins forces with villagers seeking justice after their families are brutally slain.
