Muscle and Medals follows Romane Lanceford and his journey through the world of Men’s Physique. We watch Romane as he goes through all the highs and lows of competing and we get a real insight into what it takes to become a champion. At first, Romane shows all the promise of someone who looks set to dominate the competitions and crush the opposition. But unfortunately, it doesn’t all go to plan.
