A businessman's (John Hurt) estranged son Danny (Nick Moran) turns up seriously wounded on his doorstep one night with a strange proposition; offering to give up his heart for the transplant his dying sister so desperately needs, but only if his dad will take part in a risky crime. The father has no choice but to agree and now prepares to embark upon the most dangerous evening of his entire life.
