Narcotics cop Jack Hazard (Aaron Norris) is no stranger to crime - he hunts it down for a living on the toughest streets in L.A. In need of a vacation, Hazard heads for the jungles of South America - to get as far away from the hunt as he can. But a corrupt businessman's (Michael Nouri) hunger for profit and destruction is pulling him back in.
