Panopticon

With a mother working abroad illegally and a grandmother too old to act as a parent, Sandro is left practically alone after his father's departure. To fulfill his new obligations as the son of a future monk, he turns to religion and, without realizing it, becomes oppressed by the invisible spiritual surveillance of his father and God shaping his behavior.
