Per Sollum Pillai

Kamal Haasan is an orphan, who was adopted by a wealthy family. K.R.Vijaya, the mother of the family, raises him as one of the family. Relatives and friends of the family see Kamal as a thorn in their plans to control the wealth of the family. Manipulating Vijaya's son, they accuse Kamal of theft and throw him out of the house. How he reunites to the family forms the rest of the story.
