Norman Bates, seemingly rehabilitated, is drawn to a late-night radio show where the host prompts him to discuss matricide — the murder of a mother by her child. As Norman recalls his traumatic childhood with his schizophrenic mother, the memories awaken disturbing visions that not only haunt him but also reignite his deadly urges.
