SIGNIFICANT OTHER follows a young couple Ruth (Maika Monroe, "It Follows") and Harry (Jake Lacy, "White Lotus") who take a remote backpacking trip through the Pacific Northwest, but things take a dark turn when they realize they may not be alone.
