Steve McQueen: Desert Racer

This hour-long hugely successful biographical documentary explores the classic Hollywood actor's passion for motorcycle racing, a by-product of his relationship Bud Ekins, his stunt double on The Great Escape. Catching up decades on, Steve's son Chad McQueen authorizes the limited recreation of the star's Desert Racer bike in the present day. Charley Boorman narrates.
