Romano, a retired military operative in seclusion, has a strange ability to see ghosts surrounding people about to die. Together with is sister and a childhood friend, and two hitch-hikers, he travels to see a doctor. On their way back, they avoid a fatal accident and now they face the biggest fight of their lives - how to defeat the wrath of the spirit of tragedy and cheat their own death.
