Sweet Vengeance

Miguel and Sarah, a newlywed couple madly in love, struggle to make a living cultivating their small patch of land in New Mexico in the late 1800s. When powerful sheep-rancher Josiah, a self-declared prophet and very violent and flawed individual, decides he needs to own their land as well, a much bigger struggle begins. When Miguel suddenly vanishes local authorities show no interest in helping Sarah and she soon realizes that he will never come back. With the help of Sheriff Jackson, a man of the law from the big city, she takes justice into her own hands and decides to hunt down Josiah and avenge the death of her husband.
