Swimming Home
When Isabel and her family arrive at their holiday villa, they find a naked stranger floating in the pool. Isabel quite unexpectedly invites the stranger, Kitti, a botanist with a collection of poisonous plants, to stay. Kitti’s lingering presence comes to emphasize the distance that already exists between war-correspondent Isabel, her melancholic poet husband Joe and their teenage daughter. Tensions mount, temperatures rise, and a sun-drenched family holiday transforms into a perilous spectacle when buried feelings erupt across a luminous landscape.
