The Cynic, the Rat & the Fist

Luigi Maietto escapes from prison and orders two henchman to murder the inspector whose testimony led to his being jailed. The assassination attempt fails but the local newspapers cover it up and report the inspector dead. Tanzi's superiors want him to go into hiding but he intends to see Maietto put back in prison.
