The Deserter

Julian is a peaceful young peasant who lives with his grandmother and is in deep love with Sagrario. He is recruited for military service against his will. He suffers awful abuse and punishment. Julian escapes and becomes uncatchable. He fights for freedom and love. He overcomes the abuse of power.
