The First Code

"The First Code" is a time-traveling story: it begins in the 50s, when Ukrainian engineers created the first computer, and continues to the present day, when the IT sector has become not only a powerful industry, but also an important front in the war against russia. The film tells the story of the real-life struggle against the enemy by IT specialists who united into a 300, 000-strong virtual army and ordinary people who were able to resist the enemy using smartphones. Each viewer will hear stories about the creation of cyber armies from the most influential people in the world. In particular, from Mykhailo Fedorov, Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, about the role of each Ukrainian in the cyber war. The film also tells the story of the Ukrainian IT industry as a whole - from its inception to the integral structure of cyber armies.
