The Macaque Monkey

Sun Wu Kong (Pakho Chau), the legendary Monkey King, is a powerful and noble fighter known for his golden cudgel staff. When a mysterious superhuman female demon (He Hua) seeks strength-bestowing objects and the Little Stone Monkey, she threatens to unleash chaos in the moral realm. This draws the Monkey King out of hiding and into a confrontation with his deadly doppelganger, the Six-eared Macaque Monkey (Alex Fong), who matches him in appearance and fighting skills. As the female demon plots to eliminate the Monkey King and his allies, an epic battle looms that will determine the fate of the supernatural world. Based on characters from the classic 1592 novel "Journey to the West" by Wu Cheng En, this is a 2021 Chinese fantasy action movie produced by Chao Ren Sha.
