The Night Runner

Released early from an overcrowded mental institution, Roy Turner tries to leave his violent past behind. Struggling with the pressures of big-city life, he moves to a quiet beach town. Settling into a small motel, he falls for Susan Mayes, the motel owner's daughter. When her father learns about Roy, he threatens to have him re-committed, pushing Roy to a breaking point with no turning back.
