The Substitute 4: Failure Is Not an Option

Police officer Karl Thomasson (Treat Williams) goes back to school to stop a clandestine group of neo-Nazis called the Werewolves from brainwashing students at an elite military academy. Posing as a substitute teacher, Thomasson works to infiltrate the establishment and uncover its secret plans for world domination. But shaping young minds is a tough assignment -- especially with a maniacal colonel (Patrick Kilpatrick) in the way.
