The War Show

The personal experiences of a Syrian disc jockey and her friends are documented from the initial days of the Arab Spring of 2011 to the mass exodus from Syria in the summer and spring of 2016. She and her friends surreptitiously record the regime’s violent response as the country spirals into a bloody civil war, their hopes for a better future tested by violence, imprisonment and death.
