Treasure Hunt

Chinese-American CIA operative Jeff Chang (Chow Yun-fat, Prison On Fire, City War) arrives in Beijing on a mission to locate and extract a closely guarded national treasure, only to discover that the treasure is a young woman named Mei (Jacklyn Wu, Eat Drink Man Woman, A Moment of Romance), a gentle soul with genuine ESP powers sheltered for years inside a Shaolin temple. What follows mixes spy thriller, martial arts comedy, and delicate romance, shot with gorgeous warmth by cinematographer Peter Pau (The Killer, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon).
