A Catholic orphanage in France is home to two young blind girls (Pic and Teboul). When the sun goes down, however, they regain their vision and wander the night to quench their thirst for blood. They are given a home by a kind doctor (Charnacé) and resume their nocturnal hunting, but it is only a matter of time before their secret is discovered and they must silence their benefactor. The vampire girls return to the orphanage but soon discover that they can never return to the "normalcy" they once enjoyed.
