Typhoon

Pirates board an American ship and steal its secret cargo of satellite guidance receiver systems – the kind used for nuclear missiles. However, due to the illegal nature of cargo, the United States cannot get directly involved. When it’s discovered that the pirate originally came from North Korea, the South Koreans send in special agent Kang Se-jong. He chases the pirate “Sin” to retrieve the guidance systems. Along the way, he learns about Sin’s tragic past – how his family fled North Korea and sent back to be killed, with South Korean government looking away. Blaming North and South Korea for his family’s death, SIN has dedicated himself to destroying both countries, and only Kang Se-jong has a hope of stopping him.
