The Earth is taken over by the mysterious Alien Batt and only a few earthlings survive. Ultraman Dyna is traveling through outer space and catches the SOS signal. He is joined by Ultraman Cosmos and Ultraman Zero. They challenge the powerful Hyper Zetton and the troop of monsters led by Alien Batt.
