Thoai (Tran Thanh) and Linh (Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc), high school sweethearts, find their relationship strained as adults. Linh, a successful fashion designer, struggles with Thoai's contentment as a local garage mechanic. When Linh becomes pregnant, she leaves Thoai, believing he lacks ambition. Realizing his potential, Thoai attempts to transform his life and win her back, facing competition from Linh's old high school crush, Khanh (Anh Tu).
