Steve Austin hosts this bunch of 12 rough and rowdy good old boys and girls on an uninhabited paradise, as they battle each other for $100,000 in cold hard cash.

Redneck Island explodes with excitement when a crate of heavenly ice-cold beer washes up on shore. The party is short-lived, however, when Steve Austin informs them he has alternate plans for their precious beverage.

It is down to the final five. After a day of bowling and fishing, a sharp-shooting challenge makes one contestant safe from elimination, while putting two others on the firing line.

With only four contestants remaining, alliances will be put to the ultimate test. Meanwhile, contestants sink their teeth into their next challenge, literally, in an eating contest. But, the exotic fare proves challenging to stomach in more ways than one.
