J.D., Elliot and Turk are receiving their first medical students, and now they finally get a chance to see what it feels like to be on the other side. Turk's student is a very attractive young woman, to whom Dr. Cox is immediately attracted. But he doesn't know his way around women and needs Turk to give him a little help. J.D. doesn't know how to handle his student and Elliot's turns out to the be son of an important CEO.

PJ is annoyed when she learns that she isn't invited to Bobby's bachelor party. Instead, Bobby asks her to attend Elsa's bridal shower. Brendan is stressed about how much he may have to spend on the bachelor party.

After Jack's sudden departure from the wedding, the gang, including PJ, step in as Bobby's "best men" and try to help the wedding run smoothly. Mike continues to pine after Maggie and Kenny and Stephanie come to a truce.

Becker deals with chaos at work while Reggie studies for a test and Margaret attends the reading of a will.

Becker takes a stab at being social by having a dinner party. Liz slaves away despite the fact that the only people who attend are Reggie and her college boyfriend, Brad and a random man that no one can place.
