Riggs and Murtaugh are forced to work with DEA agent Karen Palmer (guest star HILARIE BURTON) again, to protect Leo Getz (guest star THOMAS LENNON), an ambulance-chasing attorney who was linked to the Cartel. As the three delve further into the case, they begin to realize that Leo may not be the only one with a target on his back. Meanwhile, Riggs begins to view Agent Palmer in a new light, while Murtaugh is left worried after Trish makes a spontaneous decision.

Max and Caroline, now part-owners of the diner, put the finishing touches on their Dessert Bar. Max deals with her breakup with Randy, and Sophie and Oleg prepare for their baby. The Dessert Bar’s grand opening conflicts with the birth of Sophie’s child, and Max and Caroline realize they didn’t secure a liquor license for their new venue.

The team splits up in order to close multiple worldwide cases.
