Boris flies Hank to another country, where he and another doctor research potentially life saving gene therapies. Back in the Hamptons, Hank's temporary replacement, Dr. Emily Peck, rubs Divya the wrong way.

Hank saves the hand of one of Cuba's dissidents, and works desperately to save Boris when his health quickly fails as a result of Marisa's treatment. Divya continues to clash with Dr. Peck over the way she practices medicine.
