Just as Ray Donovan’s life begins to return to normal, the head of the Los Angeles FBI, Ed Cochran, learns that Ray and Mickey were part of the killing of Sully Sullivan and demands that Ray bring Mickey back from Mexico, where he is setting up a fight for Ray’s half-brother, Daryll. In the end, Ray heads to Mexico to bring Mickey back to Los Angeles, but Mickey isn’t eager to leave.
