Frustrated athlete Dave Crane pushes two children to be future Olympic swimmers, teaching them to ignore dangers of water sports. But when rising tides trap the children in an underwater cave, Dave is powerless to help them. Only Mike Nelson's skill can save them! Mike races the tide to reach the children and makes a daring try to get both of them out.
