B-Real, born Louis Freese in Los Angeles, California, is a rapper, producer, and entrepreneur best known as the lead vocalist of the iconic hip-hop group Cypress Hill. Formed in 1988, Cypress Hill gained fame for their distinctive blend of Latin-infused beats and socially conscious lyrics, releasing classics like "Insane in the Brain" and albums such as "Black Sunday" (1993), which earned multi-platinum status. Recognized for his nasal, high-pitched rapping style, B-Real became a defining voice in West Coast hip-hop. Beyond his work with Cypress Hill, B-Real has built a successful solo career, releasing projects like "Smoke N Mirrors" (2009) and collaborating with artists across genres, including Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Eminem. He is also a founding member of the rap-rock group Prophets of Rage, alongside members of Rage Against the Machine and Public Enemy, which debuted in 2016.
