Bill Cody

Bill Cody was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. In 1927, he formed Bill Cody Productions. In his early acting career, Cody appeared in such films as "King of the Saddle" (1926), "Born to Battle" (1927) and the western "Under Texas Skies" (1930) with Bob Custer. He also appeared in "Dugan of the Bad Lands" (1931) and "The Montana Kid" (1931). His film career continued throughout the thirties in productions like "Mason of the Mounted" (1932), "Texas Pioneers" (1932) and "The Law of the North" (1932). He also appeared in "Frontier Days" (1934). Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in "Cyclone Ranger" (1935), "Six Gun Justice" (1935) and "Texas Rambler" (1935). He also appeared in "The Vanishing Riders" (1935). Cody more recently acted in "Blazing Justice" (1936). Cody passed away in January 1948 at the age of 57.
