The Ice Man
After Walker captures a criminal known as "The Iceman," who had been wanted by the F.B.I., he realizes that his friend, ex-con Charlie Brooks is a dead-ringer for "The Iceman" and convinces Charlie to impersonate him in a dangerous plot to end the crime boss' reign of terror.
