Chelsea Ricketts

Hailing from Texas, Chelsea Ricketts started in the acting profession at the age of 12 when she appeared on the PBS kids program "Flip Flop Shop," hosted by the Olympic gymnast Mary Lou Retton and filmed in Houston. She next appeared in another Texas-based production, this time a historical drama called "Beyond the Prairie, Part 2: The True Story of Laura Ingalls Wilder" that aired on CBS in 2002, and was based on the life the of beloved children's author of the "Little House on the Prairie" books. In the Dolph Lundgren action bonanza "Missionary Man" (also directed by Lundgren), Ricketts played the daughter of a good friend of Lundgren's. Her father is killed and Lundgren seeks revenge. She also co-starred in Joe Dante's 3-D fantasy horror movie "The Hole," about teens who discover that a strange, deep dark hole leads from their basement to unknown regions. Ricketts has also had guest spots on a number of television programs, including "CSI: Miami," "Lincoln Heights," and "10 Things I Hate About You." She also appeared on the popular Nickelodeon show "Big Time Rush," where she played a girl who is hired to pretend to fall in love with one of the main characters before breaking up with him.
